Pourquoi ce projet nous tient-il à coeur ?
Nous sommes 2 jumeaux de 21 ans: Romain, le sportif & guide du duo et Audrey la créatrice & organisatrice du duo.
Nous nous challengeons avec un projet sportif et solidaire, à vélo, sous le nom Les Jums Déjantés. Ce projet est au profit de la belle association Vaincre la Muco accompagnant chaque jour les malades et leurs familles dans leurs combats face à cette maladie destructrice.
Nous avons choisi cette association pour son expertise, son dynamisme, sa transparence et en soutien à notre cousine issue de germaine, greffée bi-pulmonaire depuis 24 ans et en hommage à notre oncle qui a affronté cette maladie jusqu’à ses 24 ans et est décédé en 1985.
Quels sont nos objectifs ?
- Nous surpasser et parcourir 1000km à vélo en 16 jours entre le 23 juin et le 8 juillet pour relier Nantes à Hendaye en suivant l’Euro Route 1 appelée la Vélodyssée
- Collecter 2500€ pour soutenir la recherche et pour aider les patients malades à couvrir leurs frais hospitaliers, leurs frais dans les centres de soins et leurs frais de matériels de santé
- Sensibiliser notre cercle d’influence autour d’un projet sportif & solidaire et leur donner la possibilité de participer à notre aventure en la partageant, en nous lançant des défis et/ou en faisant un don
Quelque chose à ajouter ? Une anecdote à partager ?
L'intégralité de la collecte est destinée à l'association Vaincre la Mucoviscidose et ne finance en aucun cas les frais (équipements, transport, hébergements, nourriture) liés à notre projet qui sont à 100% pris en charge par nos apports personnels.
N’oubliez pas, 66% du montant des dons des particuliers sont déductibles de leurs impôts, alors un don de 20€ c’est que 6,6€ pour vous et pour l’association 20€ c’est déjà le financement d’1H d’aide à domicile pour un patient en pré ou post-greffe.
De plus, chaque contributeur faisant un don de 50€ ou plus aura le choix entre:

- recevoir notre propre carte postale personnalisée avec nos photos à la fin de l'aventure

Why is this project so important to us?
We are two 21-year-old twins: Romain, the sportsman & guide of the duo, and Audrey, the creator & organizer of the duo.
We are challenging ourselves with a sport and solidarity project, by bike, under the name Les Jums Déjantés. This project is for the benefit of the association Vaincre la Mucoviscidose which accompanies every day the patients and their families in their fight against this destructive disease named in English the cystic fibrosis.
We have chosen this association for its expertise, its dynamism, its transparency, and in support of our cousin who has had a bi-lung transplant for 24 years now and in tribute to our uncle who faced this disease until he was 24 and died in 1985.
What are our goals?
- To surpass ourselves and cycle 1000km in 16 days between 23 June and 8 July from Nantes to Hendaye following the Euro Route 1 called La Vélodyssée
- To collect 2500€ to support research and to help sick patients cover their hospital & care centers fees, as well as their costs for health equipment
- Raise awareness among our circle of influence around a sports & solidarity project and give them the opportunity to participate in our adventure by sharing it, challenging us, and/or making a donation
Something to add? An anecdote to share?
The entire collection is intended for the association Vaincre la Mucoviscidose and does not finance in any way our fees (equipment, transport, accommodation, food) related to our project which are covered at 100% by our personal contributions.
Don't forget, 66% of the amount of donations from individuals are tax-deductible, so a donation of 20€ costs only 6.6€ for you, and for the association, 20€ is already the funding of 1 hour of home help for a patient in pre or post-transplant.
Moreover, each contributor making a donation of 50€ or more will have the choice between
- setting ourselves a challenge that we will complete and publish in story on our Instagram account @lesjumsdejantes
or
- receiving our own personalized postcard with our photos of the adventure
